THE BAR FITNESSWelcome to the BAR Fitness. Established in 2003 by Brad and Tracie Rogers, The BAR Fitness is the premier training facility in Arizona. The 4000 sq/ft facility, its one-of-a-kind training programs, and its attention to detail continues to help the BAR be named best gym in Phoenix as well as being voted as the top in customer service. At the BAR, we take a unique approach to exercise with a focus on the overall exercise experience and on building healthy, active lifestyles. Additionally, your workouts will be anything but conventional as kettle bells, heavy marine ropes, monster tires, sledge hammers and spin bike interval training become part of your regular workout routine! It is our goal to think outside the box of traditional training and to make your workouts FUN and functional to meet your needs. Hybrid training is a high-intensity interval based circuit program which combines all different elements of exercise into one exciting workout that is sure to be a great experience every time you walk through the BAR Fitness doors. Although the workout changes everyday, expect a combination of kettlebells, 20ft. marine ropes, strength training and a varity of intervals using tractor tires, sledgehammers, treadmills, spin bikes, kick boxing and at times you may find yourself doing core specific yoga.The goal of Hybrid is simple: build lean muscle, gain strength and burn body fat through variety, elevated heart rate and most important, INTENSITY. The different elements of exercise include functional training, strength training, core strength and cardiovascular training; all of which are found in each workout.HYBRID is our most cost-effective program and allows the client unlimited workouts each month. It is this unlimited package coupled with a great exercise experience that creates a positive environment that in return sets our members up for success. While the program is intense, the design of the workouts allow for people of all fitness levels to participate.
