At the BAR Personal Training Studio, it is our mission to provide expertise in personal training that is only matched by high-quality, consistent, and genuine customer service. Our goal is for our clients to achieve long term adherence; therefore, we make very effort to make exercise both convenient and efficient. Training Programs
Each training program at the BAR is designed to meet your individual needs. Traditional one-on-one training is available for people who are looking for specific guidance and who want to workout on their own with a trainer. However, the majority of training at the BAR takes place in a group setting. Group training increases support, feedback, and socialization, creating a unique workout experience that increases your chance of sticking with the program, having fun, and getting results! Personal training at the BAR is designed to be convenient and efficient with the primary goal of getting you healthy and fit.
